I hooked up the plow for the first time since the end of the winter and now the lights on the plow will not switch over when the harness is connected. I checked the twin 10 amp fuses as well as the 15 amp park/turn fuse and they are all fine. I removed each truck side ground and cleaned up the ...The Diamond commercial plows are much more durable than the Fisher, compare them side by side and the Diamond is built with thicker steel and has a meatier trip edge. I do like the looks of the new X-Blades but I would stick with Diamond. Just my humble opinion. I still can't get over someone buying a Fisher because of the yellow triangle lift arm.

Fisher offers a replacement that you only replace the plug with a short pig tail which splices in with shrink tube butt connectors. Also the coil packs should be not tighter than 5 inch pounds or basicly once the nut stops, move only 1/16th of inch past. Thats it. The process then repeats which results in the "chattering". the solenoid only chatters if wires are connected to pump. On a Unimount system on the right side of the resavoir as your looking at the plow from the front there is a plug that can be removed to check the fluid level. Fluid should just run out the hole with the lift cylinder all the way down.
